Our
Helicopters Our aircraft fleet consists of two Schweizer 300C model helicopters, which are very versatile and extremely efficient for conducting land and game surveys. With speeds ranging from hover to 90 knots, we are able to cover a county-wide survey area in as little as one day and can land in remote areas. All our aircraft are inspected, on site, by certified mechanics that have been factory trained and with over 55 years combined experience. We follow the strict maintenance procedures recommended by the FAA and Schweizer to ensure your safety, which is always the top priority.

Our Experience Northern Skies Aviation has
been in business for over 14 years and is based at the Laurel Municipal
Airport. We have
provided services ranging from locating and mapping areas with the
noxious weed ‘salt cedar’ to the cornfields of
Nebraska where we helped with the pollination process.
We’ve flown rivers for Search &
Rescue, Fish & Game surveys & power lines for electrical companies needing maintenance & repair.
Mustering game and livestock, including buffalo, for
the Crow Tribe, always saves time and wear & tear on ranch
